13 Jun Farewell, Clover Park — and Hello to What’s Next
Clover Park is entering its final chapter — and we wanted to take a moment to reflect, say thank you, and share what’s next for the wider Clover community.
Since launching in 2016, Clover Park has grown into one of the Adelaide Hills’ most beloved boutique addresses. Nestled between nature reserves and rolling hills, this peaceful pocket has blossomed into a vibrant, close-knit neighbourhood that over 700 people now call home.
A Community We’re Proud Of
Clover Park isn’t just a place — it’s a community. What’s made it so special is the way neighbours have come together, supported each other, and embraced the Hills lifestyle.
From swapping homegrown veggies and fruit, to helping each other through COVID, to everyday moments like watching kids ride their bikes or shoot hoops at the basketball court — we’ve loved seeing this community come to life in such a genuine and generous way.
A Look Back
Here are a few milestones and highlights worth celebrating:
Total allotments created: 293
Population: Now home to more than 700 people
Beautiful reserves delivered: Lilac Reserve and Peppermint Grove Reserve
Family-friendly features: Open green spaces, play equipment and a fun basketball half-court
Future commercial precincts: Positioned to grow with the Heysen Boulevard connection
Childcare centre: Coming soon — and we’re thrilled to announce that it will be delivered by Amiga Montessori.
Amiga Montessori is known for its warm, thoughtfully designed learning environments and for offering a unique educational experience based on the globally recognised Montessori Method. This approach allows children to explore their interests at their own pace and encourages learning through curiosity, independence and creativity — values we think will fit beautifully within the Clover community.
The Next Chapter: Clover Wood
Just across the road, the Clover story continues with Clover Wood — a sister neighbourhood to Clover Park that will grow with the same thoughtful design and care.
Clover Wood will include:
- New reserves and play spaces
- Walking trails and tree reserves
- Pedestrian access to the established and popular local dog park
- The continuation of the strong Clover community spirit
And as works progress, some of the finishing touches at Clover Park — like landscaping to the entrance basin — will be completed too.
Clover Wood is a natural next step for the community, and we’re excited to bring even more quality and amenity to this special part of the Adelaide Hills.
